My life has been about serving others and continuing to educate myself in many different areas to help people in a more holistic manner that addresses concerns of the mind, body and soul to bring them into better alignment. I have a masters in Mental Health Counseling, a Certificate in Systemic Couple and Family Therapy, a certificate in Integrative Nutrition-Health Coach and energy healing. Counseling is a safe space where you can explore darkness with an understanding person that wants nothing more than to help you reach your infinite power and radiate your light with in. Alternative healing methods help you to heal your body, mind and soul in a gentle, spiritual healing approach.
